The company was founded by Mr. Vicente Calatayud Sempere and it was incorporated in January 1968. The company has a registered head office and manufacturing facilities in Valdemoro, Spain. The company's household textile products include towels, bath towels and towel quilts, beddings, table covers and home appliances, among others. The company distributes its products throughout Taiwan through department stores, logistics centers, supermarkets, wholesalers, retailers, discount stores and welfare stations. Further, the company is a member of the ISPA (International Sleep Product Association), the NBF (National Bed Federation), and ASOCAMA.
